How it works

Teens Train in Fundamentals, All Levels and Advanced Classes

Our kids classes go up to age 12. From 13, teens join the Fundamentals, All Levels and Advanced classes. Parents can see what jiu jitsu asks of a family, from schedule to gear.

Teens who are new to jiu jitsu start in Fundamentals, where a coach teaches the basics step by step, and build up at their own pace. As their skills grow, they join All Levels and, with the coach’s OK, Advanced.
